1. General
Adexpress® is a registered weekly printed classified advertisements publication, with a digital version made available on its official website. By submitting an advertisement, accessing the website, or using any Adexpress® services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Advertisers must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws.
3. Advertisement content
All advertisement content is provided solely by the advertiser, who is fully responsible for its accuracy, legality, authenticity and compliance. Adexpress® does not verify claims, credentials, prices, qualifications or guarantees mentioned in advertisements.
4. Right to reject or modify
Adexpress® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, edit, reformat, resize or reposition any advertisement, and to refuse advertisements that are misleading, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or in violation of applicable regulations or internal policies.
5. No endorsement
Publication of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement, recommendation or verification by Adexpress®.
6. Limitation of liability
Adexpress® shall not be liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising from advertisements; transactions or communications between advertisers and readers; or errors, omissions or delays in publication beyond reasonable control.
Advertising policy
Permitted content
Advertisements must comply with Indian laws and regulations, press and publication standards, and local municipal, state and central government rules.
Prohibited content
- Illegal goods or services
- Fraud, scams or misleading claims
- Obscene, defamatory or hate content
- Unlicensed financial, medical or legal services
- Employment requiring advance fees without disclosure
Editorial discretion
All advertisements are subject to editorial review. Decisions taken by Adexpress® are final.
Refund & cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be made before the advertisement is sent for printing; cancellation charges may apply. Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the sole discretion of Adexpress®. No refunds shall be issued once the advertisement has been published in print or uploaded digitally. In case of publication errors attributable to Adexpress®, liability shall be limited to rescheduling or re-publication of the advertisement.
Digital content policy
The digital version is an electronic reproduction of the printed weekly. Availability duration may vary and is subject to editorial discretion. Adexpress® does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or digital editions.
Intellectual property
All logos, layouts, designs and content (excluding advertiser submissions) are the property of Adexpress®. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Puducherry, India.
